A. Funeral directors set their own prices for different products, so we can’t say definitively if an item will be cheaper but we can tell you that all our suppliers offer affordable prices to both families and to funeral directors.
A. The American caskets have a sizing option for you to tick. For the other coffins, please give us a call and we can help. All the children’s coffins are bespoke sizes, your funeral director will be able to advise you.
A. It depends on which design you’ve chosen, but if for example, you’ve chosen a Glitter Coffin, then it will be 48 hours. American Caskets take a little longer, at 3 days. Our suppliers work with families and will always do their best to help, so if you have an urgent request, please call us and we can talk to them.
A. Our suppliers send items directly to families via trusted courier companies. When you place an order, you can stipulate where you wish the delivery to be sent.
A. If you place an order with us we can assure you that the item will leave our suppliers in pristine condition. If any damage occurs during the transportation process, please contact us as a matter of urgency and we will arrange with the supplier for it to be replaced free of charge.

If you have chosen a design which has been personalised in any way, you will be sent a proof by email to ensure you are happy with it.
